When a rental opportunity comes up, the person at the top of the list will be contacted. If they decline, their name will go to the bottom of the list, and the next person will be notified, and so on.

Once the homeowner's request to lease is approved, he/she has 60 days to find a renter. All leases must be submitted to the HOA Board for approval.
