Faux Hedge Panel

The Board has approved a couple of requests for the installation of a hedge panel on the privacy walls between the back decks of our homes. This added privacy measure must adhere to the following three parameters:

 

1. the faux material used is a hedge panel and not artificial turf

2. the color is dark green

3. a two-inch border be maintained around the privacy wall so that the hedge material does not wrap around the privacy wall in any manner
